ConsumerHelp was started so people can get structured advice without wandering between helplines, forums, and unread emails.

Book a consultation

We help customers understand their rights under consumer protection rules and related civil remedies. Consultations are appointment-based so each query gets a dedicated slot.

Advisors review the facts you share, map likely forums (consumer commission, seller grievance, ombudsman, or civil notice), and outline a realistic next step. We do not appear in court by default; that is a separate engagement if you choose it later.

Our working language is plain English / Hindi / Marathi. You keep copies of everything you submit at booking.
